Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials to support team objectives
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Monitor and manage correspondence, files, records, and confidential documents
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic budgeting
Organize and maintain documentation, ensuring all files and records are up-to-date and easily accessible
Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role
Proven expertise in inside sales, direct sales, and customer relationship management
Strong understanding of project management and tracking key initiatives
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using related software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
