Job Responsibility:
Provide direct executive support including scheduling and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and external communications
Assist with project tracking and deadline management
Prepare documents, reports, and executive summaries
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain organized records and confidential files
Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Requirements:
4–5 years of executive administrative experience
Experience in real estate, professional services, or private offices preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
