Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items
Support project coordination and assist with operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
High degree of professionalism and discretion
Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
