In this role you will: Performing a variety of administrative support for the Head of Corporate Banking such as arranging internal and external meetings, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing presentations and supporting documents. Office support including responsibility of office equipment and maintenance. Communicating with Clients and HSBC stakeholders at all seniority levels. Provide ad-hoc support to visiting executives including travel logistics. Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders. Managing external relationships and service providers. Ongoing monitoring of approvals and expenses ensuring records are maintained for audit purposes. Providing assistance to meet the needs of the Team Leaders, management of meeting and travel schedules, as required.

Requirements:
Role holder must be located in Israel
5 years’ experience, 2-3 years’ experience as a Senior Level Executive Assistant
Excellent communication skills in English & Hebrew, strong interpersonal skills and team player
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High level of accountability and ownership
High attention to details
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
High knowledge of Office – Power Point, Word, Excel, Advanced Word, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe.
