Our client is looking for a high-energy, ultra-organized Executive Assistant to support their President and/or CEO. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role where you’ll be the right hand to leadership—keeping everything moving, organized, and on track. Job Responsibility
Act as the primary support and point of contact for the President/CEO
Manage busy calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
Coordinate complex travel and accommodations (including occasional overnight travel)
Prepare reports, materials, and meeting agendas
Take and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups
Keep records, files, and information organized and up to date
Support internal and external communications
Help drive special projects and day-to-day priorities
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
Prior executive or high-level administrative support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
Strong judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
Someone who thrives on urgency, prioritization, and problem-solving
