As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the CFO’s day to day operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of priorities, communication, and strategic activities. Your work will enable the CFO to focus on high level decision making while you keep critical tasks, information flow, and stakeholder relationships running effortlessly in the background.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high level administrative, operational and executive support to the CFO
Act as a trusted partner in managing priorities and ensuring effective workflow across the Finance division
Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare briefings and correspondence
Act as a key communication hub for the CFO’s office
Support the preparation of reports, board related materials, submissions, and presentations
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification or related field
Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality executive administrative and operational support, including executive diary management
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with staff, the Executive and Board
High level of organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to meet competing demands and deadlines
Excellent computer applications skills using Microsoft applications with extensive experience in word processing, presentation, database, and spreadsheet
Ability to undertake research and prepare responses, submissions, and reports for the Executive Leader
High level of initiative, actively seeking opportunities and solutions and self motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Current Drivers Licence
