Job Responsibility
Overall administrative support to the CEO
Diary management, reporting, bookings and accommodation, travel arrangements
Organising company events as required
Maintaining records, following policies and procedures
Keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
Assisting with general ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous EA minimum 4-5 years in a busy commercial environment -warehouse/distribution/transport/freight - desirable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Well-versed with Excel and other MS Suite products
