We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant role on a permanent basis at Peterborough City Council. The successful candidate will join our team for 37 hours a week, providing support to the Service Directors within the Adults, Health & Commissioning directorate. However, please note that this is a generic role, and you may be required to provide support to other Service Directors across the EA Hub. This flexibility is an important aspect of the position, ensuring comprehensive coverage and continuity of service during periods of leave, increased workload, or other business needs. Your ability to adapt and work effectively with a range of senior leaders will be a valuable contribution to the wider team.
Job Responsibility:
Providing support to the Service Directors within the Adults, Health & Commissioning directorate
may be required to provide support to other Service Directors across the EA Hub
Requirements:
Executive and personal assistance skills
experience working at director level
complex diary management
minute taking
preparing reports and information for your director
working knowledge of the standard Microsoft suite
self-motivated
flexible
excellent organisational skills
ability to manage own workload, priorities and forward plan
ability to provide high quality cover support to other Executive Assistants and Senior Executive Assistants
