Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, and thrives in supporting executive-level operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with priorities and deadlines
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners
Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Track and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation
Support special projects, events, and company initiatives as needed
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and documentation for executive operations
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational challenges
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
