We're looking for an out-of-this-world Executive Assistant who can work their organizational magic to support our c-suite and senior-level leadership in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida! As Executive Assistant, you'll interact with all levels of our team, provide top-of-the-line administrative support, schedule office meetings, arrange travel and correspondence, and organize all executive tasks. Job Responsibility
Assist the executive with administrative and personal duties while prioritizing and facilitating communication within and across departments
Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, including travel arrangements and departmental meetings and events
Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed, including research, documentation, reporting, presentations, and analysis
While working on projects, maintain a sense of ownership and involvement in the process to help manage and reach departmental goals
Attend meetings, keeping record of meeting minutes and following up with team members on assigned action items as needed
Requirements
5 years of related executive administrative assistant experience is required
Associate's level degree or higher
Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with very strict, changing deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management, with a high level of customer service
Professional and poised, exercising independent judgment and discretion while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
A computer skills wizard, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
