Our client, a global footwear company located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for an Temporary Executive Assistant who is interested in sales, to join their team to cover for a leave. This position will start asap and continue on for about 6 months. It will be 4 days on-site while working 1 day from home and the hours are 9:00/9:30am-5:00/5:30pm. Compensation is up to $50/hour.
Job Responsibility:
Support Senior AE and Director-level responsibilities during maternity leave
Maintain and support existing sales accounts
Assist with order management and sales operations
Build and manage Excel spreadsheets and sales support tools
Coordinate and assist with internal and client meetings
Communicate directly with clients in a customer-service-focused manner
