Dayton area company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication
Prioritize and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the executive team
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support the planning and coordination of special projects and events as assigned
Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with other administrative duties as needed to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leaders
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
