We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Assistant at a global asset management co. located in Downtown, Boston, MA, 02109. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry. This is a temporary role (est. 8+ months) and will pay between $30.00 and $33.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. Candidate must be very professional and able to manage time extremely well and meet numerous deadlines each day. On-site 4 days per week. Starts February 2, 2026

Job Responsibility

  • Administrative support and client service for assigned Executive/Team
  • Global calendar management
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Meeting preparation including gathering and distributing materials
  • Take meeting notes
  • Create presentations, charts, and spreadsheets for meetings
  • Manage filing system and expense reporting
  • Assist in day-to-day operations
  • Assist in projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in fast paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry (preferred)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
