Job Responsibility:
Supporting senior leaders and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes
Working closely with the CEO, Executive Team and Board of Trustees
Coordinating meetings and governance activity
Keeping records up to date
Managing multiple priorities with care and attention to detail
Supporting occasional evening trustee or sub-committee meetings
Requirements:
IT proficient to manage digital systems, streamline workflows and support day to day operations efficiently
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings
Able to manage shared drives and digital filing systems
Positive, pro-active and adaptable
Able to support occasional evening trustee or sub-committee meetings
