Job Responsibility:
Maintain and restock office supplies
Handle package deliveries and manage inventory
Perform light administrative tasks, including expense reporting
Oversee the upkeep of a seven-story building
Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
Assist with opening and closing office procedures
Coordinate with front desk staff
Monitor and manage shared spaces
Support the onboarding of new processes and office experiments
Respond to requests and inquiries from team members
