Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in Englewood, Colorado. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating schedules, overseeing operational tasks, and facilitating seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare detailed agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials to support executive meetings and company activities
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and various stakeholders, fostering clear and efficient communication
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and maintain the highest standards of discretion
  • Coordinate engagements with leadership, vendors, and other key partners to support organizational priorities
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and progress on key initiatives across departments, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability
  • Facilitate cross-functional project coordination and ensure adherence to executive directives
  • Provide administrative support for systems and processes critical to executive priorities
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic sessions, leadership meetings, and offsite events

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably to C-suite executives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Background in IT services or related industries is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a courteous demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Proactive approach to anticipating needs and solving problems independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
