Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and support project coordination
Assist with expense reports and administrative processes
Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
