We are seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential information, and ensuring daily administrative operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up items
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders
Previous experience supporting executive leadership or executive teams
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience with complex calendar management
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
