Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team in Dallas, TX. This critical role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling sensitive information with discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation as needed
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently
Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks to support executives in daily operations
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) and ensure timely retrieval of information
Assist with project support and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the executive team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
associate’s degree or equivalent work experience considered
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
