The Executive Assistant will support the investment team and operations team of an investment firm with over $13 billion in AUM dedicated to the healthcare industry.
Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple calendars
schedule meetings and appointments, prioritize conflicting demands and accommodate last-minute changes
Provide “gatekeeper” service setting executives up for daily success
Coordinate complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings
Prepare meeting materials including agendas, minutes, and presentations
Successfully complete projects including research and drafting assignments
Coordinate client meetings, dinners, and events
Organize and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings
Provide backup admin support where needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of related experience supporting senior executives or investment teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage and prioritize requests from multiple parties simultaneously
High level of attention to detail and organization
