Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will perform administrative functions to include billing, accounts payable, maintaining budget with oversite from commission and Water/Sewer Superintendent, main point of contact for vendors, residents and anyone needing assistant from the water/sewer department, prepare agenda and minutes to meetings along with many other duties. Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate and interact with the public, other departments, vendors and other agencies with a professional manner
