Supporting both the Vice President of Digital & Omni (APAC) and the Senior Director of Store Development (APAC), you will act as a strategic partner in a high-growth environment. Job Responsibility

  • Maintain deep awareness of the executives’ strategic goals to support achievement through sound judgment and informed decision-making
  • Manage complex professional and social demands, anticipating needs and planning proactively for both executives
  • Oversee full agendas and weekly priority lists, including all meetings, appointments, events, and key personal dates
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive business information with absolute professionalism and discretion
  • Organise and coordinate regional meetings, summits, offsites, and leadership development days across APAC
  • Coordinate all meeting logistics, including materials preparation and taking minutes for follow-up actions
  • Enhance productivity by summarising reports, preparing draft communications, and supporting presentation development
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, reservations, and logistics for professional visits and executive events
  • Review employee expenses for accuracy and policy compliance in alignment with quarterly budget management
  • Support onboarding schedules for direct reports and coordinate regional town hall meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Secretarial and Executive Assistant duties supporting senior-level leaders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • experience engaging with C-suite leaders and Board members
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute reliability
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and a high degree of tech-savviness
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritise effectively
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all deliverables
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to source solutions independently for assigned tasks
