The town of Berlin is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual to serve as Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator. This part-time position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Town Administrator’s Office and assisting with Select Board administrative functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced municipal environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The successful applicant must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree preferred with two to three years of administrative experience, preferably in municipal government or the public sector.
