Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level administrative and organisational support to the Leadership Team within a fast-paced, growing business. This role is ideally suited to a confident, self-motivated EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable operating at senior level, and can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain absolute discretion at all times.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactive and complex diary management for members of the Leadership Team
  • Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for senior leaders, managing emails, calls and correspondence
  • Ensuring senior leaders are fully briefed and prepared for meetings, engagements and events
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements
  • Managing changes efficiently and ensuring all logistics run seamlessly
  • Supporting internal and external communications on behalf of the Leadership Team
  • Assisting with the planning and organisation of corporate events, off-sites and large meetings
  • Providing high-quality business support to the wider Leadership Team as required
  • Supporting the Operations Director in defining, improving and operating standard processes and systems
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative procedures and ways of working across the business
  • Providing general administrative support across the business as required
  • Supporting reception, telephone management and office administration

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage complex diaries and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional correspondence
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
