We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trusted professional to support our General Manager and Senior Leadership Team CZSK. In this role, you will act as a key partner to leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling effective decision-making, and driving coordination across the business. You will be at the heart of the organization, connecting people, priorities, and processes. Job Responsibility

  • Proactively manage and prioritize the General Manager’s agenda, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives
  • Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, optimizing time management and focus
  • Serve as a coordination hub for the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment, follow-ups, and smooth execution of key initiatives
  • Support communication and collaboration across functions and markets
  • Prepare and structure leadership meetings, including agendas and materials and take the notes from meetings
  • Capture key decisions and ensure timely follow-up on action points
  • Support and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure effective execution
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and support reporting processes
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for leadership decision-making
  • Manage and streamline communication between the General Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Organize complex travel arrangements, internal events and conferences
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • native fluency in Czech/Slovak
  • At least 4 years in a similar role (executive assistant or assistant to senior management) within a corporate environment
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driving license and positive attitude towards driving

Nice to have

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
