We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a pivotal role in keeping the company running smoothly. This is a unique role for a professional with a career executive assistant mindset who also excels in a client-facing, workplace-focused capacity. The ideal candidate is a nimble and proactive problem-solver who can gracefully manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide sophisticated administrative and operational support, anticipating the needs of the CFO to facilitate efficient decision-making
  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling high-stakes meetings with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including monitoring changes 24/7 as needed and submitting timely expense reports
  • Handle signature routing for critical documents
  • Serve as a key liaison, working closely and effectively with the CFO to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Handle highly confidential financial and complex information with the utmost discretion
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and preparation of materials for board meetings, audits, investor calls, and other high-level communications
  • Support the VP of Program Management, with the primary responsibility being to schedule large cross-departmental meetings that require a lot of calendar organization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-level executive assistant, workplace operations, or relevant administrative role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior or C-suite level executives is strongly preferred
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree required
