Our client, a nonprofit professional organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibility
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO/President in partnership with the Chief of Staff
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across leadership priorities
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications
Manage expenses, budgeting, and reporting (Concur preferred)
Support board-related logistics and coordination in collaboration with the Chief of Staff
Assist with general administrative support and special projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required
8+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders
Strong experience coordinating heavy travel and complex scheduling
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor with discretion handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur preferred
