Our client, a nonprofit professional organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO/President in partnership with the Chief of Staff
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across leadership priorities
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications
  • Manage expenses, budgeting, and reporting (Concur preferred)
  • Support board-related logistics and coordination in collaboration with the Chief of Staff
  • Assist with general administrative support and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 8+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders
  • Strong experience coordinating heavy travel and complex scheduling
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with discretion handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur preferred
