Job Responsibility
Preparing, maintaining, and managing the daily business schedule and calendar of the CEO
Programming daily, weekly, and monthly meeting schedules for the company, while ensuring all relevant parties are informed and coordinated
Arranging appointments and organizing business meetings
Managing domestic and international travel operations for company employees, including flights, hotel bookings, transfer arrangements
Participating in and leading relevant administrative projects within the scope of the role
Planning and executing all necessary preparations to welcome and host corporate visitors and guests
Organizing corporate events, business dinners, and social arrangements, and presenting them to the CEO while briefing participants
Leading internal and external communication processes, maintaining relations with key stakeholders, and providing active support to ongoing projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an executive assistant to C-level/senior management
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
