Join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a leading provider of AI-powered cybersecurity services. You will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness by acting as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating global travel, supporting strategic operations, and ensuring the CEO can focus on leading the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain a dynamic, constantly evolving calendar for the CEO
Coordinate internal and external meetings across global time zones
Act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners
Serve as a gatekeeper and advocate for the CEO's time, ensuring schedule efficiency and balance
Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, transport, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
Ensure smooth travel experiences and adapt plans quickly when changes occur
Apply strong operational understanding to support leadership effectiveness and responsiveness
Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the CEO
Provide additional administrative support as required
Organise logistics and materials for global board meetings
Coordinate internal and external events on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team
Support leadership initiatives and projects across the organisation
Requirements:
5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, global environment
Extensive experience managing complex schedules and international travel logistics
Strong understanding of business operations and executive priorities
Highly proactive self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders globally
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong project management capability with the ability to drive tasks through to completion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong digital literacy
Flexibility to respond to communications outside of standard business hours when required
