We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Senior Managing Director and Managing Director of this Global Investment Management Firm

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Diaries for Senior MD and MD
  • Book travel arrangements online via Concur and organise transport
  • Liaise with staff and clients
  • organise meetings and appointments
  • Print, bind, and prepare documents
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems
  • Submit expenses
  • Cover reception when needed
  • Be on call to support the executives
  • Assist with errands

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in similar roles
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and polite demeanour
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
