A Boutique luxury lifestyle brand is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with CEO. This is a true Executive Assistant role, and will partner with senior leadership to be very involved in projects and events. This for someone who can keep a busy executive on track in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Job Responsibility
Oversee CEO’s schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, personal commitments, and select charitable engagements
Develop and organize materials for meetings and projects, including briefing documents and executive summaries
Stay several steps ahead by proactively identifying requirements, preparing background information, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all details are in place for successful execution
Provide on-site and administrative support for meetings, initiatives, and events, including note-taking, follow-up coordination, timeline management, and ownership of outstanding deliverables
Plan and execute high-touch events and experiences, managing all aspects from initial concept through completion, including vendor management, guest communications, budgeting, logistics, and post-event reporting
Act as a key point of coordination among internal stakeholders, outside consultants, creative partners, agencies, and service providers to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule
Support a variety of business priorities, special projects, and executive initiatives, often handling sensitive or time-critical matters
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Process expense reports
Assist with digital presence and all online initiatives
Handle personal tasks, including but not limited to gifting, charities, errands, etc
Serve as the primary contact for residential property matters
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant experience, working with C-Suite
