Temporary Executive Assistant role providing exceptional support to the Head of Legal of a Global Investment Management Firm. The position requires a dynamic and proactive individual with strong organisational skills to work in a fast-paced, executive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings
  • Book travel arrangements via Concur
  • Liaise with staff and clients
  • Organise meetings and appointments
  • Print, bind, and prepare documents

  • Cover reception when needed
