Job Description:

A respected, mission driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in its Washington, DC office. This role provides high level administrative support to legal and human resources executives in a fast paced, polished, and highly collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide executive level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and inbox support
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, expenses, and logistics
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents and presentations
  • Support legal and HR processes, including document management and confidential filings
  • Track deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and assist with projects as needed
  • Serve as a trusted partner handling highly sensitive and confidential information

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership
