We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operations, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a strong "can-do" attitude. While the position will primarily support the CSO, we welcome candidates who have prior experience assisting C-level executives, directors, or other decision-makers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Strategy Officer
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Support project management tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met
