Job Description

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operations, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a strong “can-do” attitude. While the position will primarily support the CSO, we welcome candidates who have prior experience assisting C-level executives, directors, or other decision-makers.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Strategy Officer
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Support project management tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prioritize urgent matters
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CSO
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with strategic initiatives as required
  • Anticipate the needs of the CSO and proactively address challenges
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-level executive, director, or decision-maker
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software)
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and aligned with US business hours (PST)
