Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate the CEO's schedule, arrange travel, and ensure timely communication
Meeting Coordination: organise logistics for meetings and events, including room bookings and refreshments
Documentation Support: draught, proofread, and format reports and presentations to a professional standard
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion
Project Support: Assist with various organisational projects, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines are met

Requirements:
5+ years of C-suite support experience, including complex diary and travel management
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
An undergraduate degree or higher qualification in Business Administration or related field
