Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will serve as a crucial partner to the CEO. From handling the CEO’s calendar and travel to running special projects over time, this highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure that the CEO’s life operates effectively – at work or at home. The EA role is one that doesn’t always neatly fit within the 9-6 day, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Expertly manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Anticipate needs and identify problems proactively
  • Coordinate intuitive travel itineraries for complex trips
  • Ensure CEO is prepared for professional meetings and personal/professional events
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute complex, large-scale leadership offsites
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and coordination
  • Own CEO's expense reports
  • Be an active member of the broader EA community
  • Assist with occasional, light-touch support for his family
  • Interact regularly and form relationships with executives, colleagues, family, and external partners
  • Be a positive ambassador

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience
  • Exceptionally detail oriented
  • Possess foresight and proactive planning
  • Excellent communicator
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Resilient
  • Pro at multitasking

  • Exercise good judgment

  • Interest in continuing to grow as an Executive Assistant
