Job Responsibility
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, serving as a trusted partner and key point of contact
Manage complex calendar scheduling, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and shifting priorities
Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
Coordinate executive meetings, conference rooms, agendas, and meeting materials
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior-level stakeholders
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and administrative challenges
Support day-to-day executive operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Requirements
Previous experience supporting a CEO, C-Level executive, or Senior Vice President required
Strong background in executive calendar management and complex travel coordination
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Professional presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
Comfortable working onsite in a high-profile executive support role
