Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, highly organised and commercially aware Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-impact support to KCR Group's C-Suite and D-Suite leadership. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Brand Directors and other senior leaders, ensuring they operate at maximum effectiveness across a complex, multi-brand, multi-territory business. This is not a traditional PA role. We are looking for an EA who acts as a true strategic partner — someone who thinks ahead, manages risk before it surfaces, communicates with authority on behalf of the leadership team and holds the executive function together in a business that operates across multiple time zones. You will be the connective tissue between leadership and the wider business.

Job Responsibility

  • Executive Support & Diary Management
  • Business Operations & Communications
  • Project & Event Coordination
  • Confidentiality & Governance
  • Finance & Expenses

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior EA or PA role supporting C-Suite executives, ideally within a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, fashion or consumer brand environment
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-timezone diaries and international travel logistics at pace
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - able to draft board-level documents, concise briefings and stakeholder correspondence independently
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Linear or equivalent) and digital communication platforms
  • Proven ability to work with absolute confidentiality and professionalism on sensitive business matters
  • Strong commercial awareness - able to understand business context, anticipate what leadership needs and make smart independent decisions
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset and high tolerance for ambiguity in a scaling business

Nice to have

  • Experience within a multi-brand group or holding company structure
  • Exposure to international entity management
  • Experience supporting more than one principal simultaneously at C-Suite level
  • Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce operations or digital retail environments
  • Experience in a business with rapid headcount growth, international expansion or private equity backing

What we offer

  • Annual bonus scheme
  • Bi-Annual Dress Allowance
  • 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • Extra day off for your birthday
  • Flexible working hours around core hours of 10-4
  • Early Finish Fridays
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • 40% staff discount across Club L and Lavish Alice products
  • Healthcare Cashplan
  • Free onsite gym
  • Enhanced pension contribution
  • Enhanced maternity and sick pay
  • Free snacks, drinks & treats
  • Social events
