A global holding firm is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant to join their growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, NYC-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will serve as the right hand to a high-profile senior executive, managing a demanding calendar, coordinating travel, and handling confidential communications with the utmost discretion. In addition to traditional EA responsibilities, this individual will take full ownership of the firm's social media presence — crafting content, scheduling posts, and helping build a compelling personal brand across platforms. Looking for someone who is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values initiative, creativity, and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive, right-hand support to the executive, managing schedules, priorities, and communications with precision and discretion
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior leaders, investors, and partners
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and handle sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Partner with other executives' assistants and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Manage the local facilities support services
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
