Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive, right-hand support to the executive, managing schedules, priorities, and communications with precision and discretion
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior leaders, investors, and partners
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and handle sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Partner with other executives' assistants and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Manage the local facilities support services
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
