Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive, right-hand support to the executive, managing schedules, priorities, and communications with precision and discretion
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior leaders, investors, and partners
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and handle sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Partner with other executives' assistants and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
Manage the local facilities support services
Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
