As an Executive Assistant, you will be the linchpin that ensures smooth and efficient operations within our senior management team. Your organisational prowess, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be essential in managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently manage complex diaries and scheduling for senior partners and executives
Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with utmost professionalism and discretion
Act as the primary point of contact between senior management, clients, and internal teams
Support with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as required
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and legal documentation where necessary
Maintain and improve filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Contribute to the smooth running of the office by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within the legal sector
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in British English
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with legal case management software is an advantage
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
Professional attitude with a friendly and approachable manner
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
