Job Responsibility:
Own the CEO’s calendar and priorities
Serve as a central point for coordination across internal and external stakeholders
Track, execute, and drive forward multiple concurrent organizational projects and initiatives
Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, trackers, dashboards, and executive communications
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and concise updates for senior audiences
Coordinate board and committee activities end-to-end, ensuring compliance and detail orientation
Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support
Strong ownership mentality
Proactive resourcefulness and follow-through
High school diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
