My non-profit client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator. This is not a traditional assistant role—it's a central, high-impact position for someone eager to act as a force multiplier for their CEO and executive leadership. {Boston, MA; onsite}

Job Responsibility

  • Own the CEO’s calendar and priorities
  • Serve as a central point for coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Track, execute, and drive forward multiple concurrent organizational projects and initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, trackers, dashboards, and executive communications
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and concise updates for senior audiences
  • Coordinate board and committee activities end-to-end, ensuring compliance and detail orientation

Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support
  • Strong ownership mentality
  • Proactive resourcefulness and follow-through
  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
