Randstad is currently partnering with a large construction company to recruit a motivated and skilled Personal/Executive Assistant to join their business. As an Executive Assistant you will provide high level administrative support to directors and act as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Diary and Email Management
Coordination of team meetings, room bookings and invited
Minute taking, report and meeting agendas
Compiling information and preparing reports
Communication to the Board of Directors and Board Committees
Ensuring deadlines are met, compiling, and distributing reports for the Board of Directors and correspondence with the Directors and other stakeholders
Requirements
Previous experience in a high volume, Executive Assistant role with demonstrated success
Experience as an executive support officer or high-level administrator
High level of integrity, confidentiality, discretion and adherence to professional business standards
Solid experience of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Highly organised with good time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines with an eye for accuracy and detail
Has availability Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week (there may also be some weeknight meetings)
Be available for an immediate start
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Have high attention to detail
Effectively work under pressure whilst working with a high volume of work and ensuring deadlines are met
