Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and help drive strategic projects across the marketing organization. This is a high-visibility, hybrid administrative and operational role for an ambitious professional who excels in strategy, project management, and organizational efficiency. In this role, you will build collaboration across and beyond the marketing organization to create and drive critical initiatives. Job Responsibility

  • Manage the CMO's dynamic calendar while seamlessly coordinating domestic and international travel and timely expense reports
  • Provide scheduling support for the broader marketing leadership team
  • Act as an operational partner during corporate and marketing planning cycles, tracking deliverables and managing timelines
  • Drive alignment across the company by orchestrating regular exec updates, monthly department meetings and more
  • Optimize day-to-day operations across the marketing organization by proactively anticipating the leadership team's needs
  • Partner with the CMO to drive key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across the Marketing department from inception to execution
  • Act as a key partner to the CMO, keeping them proactively informed of upcoming commitments and priorities while ensuring seamless, timely follow-ups
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-level executive assistant, marketing operations, or project management role, preferably supporting C-suite leadership in a fast-paced technology environment
  • A proactive problem-solver with a proven ability to balance competing priorities, track complex project timelines, and execute with flawless attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, combined with an aptitude for quickly mastering new operational platforms, tools, and internal applications
  • Bachelor's degree required
