As Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of restaurants, bars, events, and in-room dining experiences across the estate. From vibrant all-day dining to refined destination restaurants and unforgettable events, you will be at the heart of it all. You will combine strategic oversight with a visible, hands-on approach, setting the tone for excellence while driving innovation, performance, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing senior team, including Assistant Directors and General Managers, creating a culture defined by excellence, collaboration, and pride
  • Champion a guest-first approach, ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and truly memorable
  • Drive revenue, manage costs intelligently, and identify new opportunities to grow and evolve the offering, all while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Oversee a calendar of high-profile events and seasonal activations to keep the estate vibrant and relevant
  • Continuously evolve the F&B landscape, contributing to new concepts, fresh ideas, and experiences
  • Work closely with the General Manager and executive team to shape the wider business strategy and ensure alignment across all departments

Requirements:

  • A proven senior F&B leader, currently operating at Director level or as a multi-site General Manager within luxury or lifestyle hospitality
  • Strong experience within the UK market, ideally across both hotels and members’ clubs
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
  • Commercially astute, with a sharp eye for both performance and opportunity
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
  • Confident managing large, complex teams and influencing at senior level
