Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant IV to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will support senior leadership by managing administrative tasks and confidential materials, allowing executives to focus on high-level responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational expertise, and strong attention to detail to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage daily schedules, including calendar organization, meeting coordination, and event planning for senior executives
  • Prepare a variety of documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, such as reports, memoranda, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions, executive meetings, and other organizational activities
  • Oversee expense reporting and tracking, maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues
  • Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to create presentations for C-suite meetings
  • Monitor office procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Support ad hoc projects requiring creativity and independent judgment

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent education combined with at least six years of experience in an executive assistant or related role
  • Strong proficiency in calendar management, event planning, and correspondence
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other office software
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities
  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives and understanding their needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
