Job Description:

Our client is looking to fill the role of Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide indispensable support to our investment principals and executive team. This is a unique chance to be part of a tight-knit team with a passion for excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage busy calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Keep department spreadsheets organized and up to date
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Process expense reports through Concur
  • Update and maintain marketing info in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with EAs across different offices
  • Connect with clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Jump in on special projects and team initiatives as needed
  • Handle phone coverage and filter incoming calls efficiently
  • Prepare marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rigorous work environment
  • Must demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude towards given tasks, plan ahead for potential issues and take appropriate action
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Role continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong attention to detail when composing and proofing materials required
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
