Job Description

The Executive Assistant, Investor Relations and Content will serve as a critical organizational partner to SiriusXM executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective time management, and professional coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This position will provide high-level administrative support to three executive leaders: Senior Vice President, Podcast Content; Senior Vice President, Live Events; and Senior Vice President, Investor Relations. The role will be based in the company's Los Angeles (Sycamore Avenue) office and have a strong emphasis on execution, organization, and operational support.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to three executives, managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple executives, including scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate all meeting logistics, including room reservations, virtual meeting setup, materials preparation, and follow-ups
  • Act as a liaison and gatekeeper for the executives, managing incoming requests and ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate and escalating as needed
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in preparing and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
  • Track and process invoices, partnering with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payment
  • Support day-to-day office and operational needs, including supply management and general administrative tasks
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners

Requirements

  • 2+ year's experience supporting senior-level executives required
