Job Responsibility
Manage complex calendar schedules and coordinate high-volume logistics for senior team members
Oversee end-to-end meeting organization, from strategic preparation to seamless execution
Handle sensitive corporate data and confidential documentation with the highest level of discretion
Coordinate international travel itineraries and manage full expense reimbursement workflows via corporate systems
Spearhead special ad-hoc projects and adjust workflows fluidly to meet changing business priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry, ideally in private equity or investment sectors
strong communication, attention to detail, professional and discreet demeanor
proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Concur
positive attitude, independence, collaborative team spirit
