Job Description:

Executive Assistant role providing administrative support to executive-level management, organizing workflow, preparing correspondence, managing schedules and travel, and supporting departmental operations and events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organizes flow of work by reviewing correspondence and determining importance
  • Prepares a variety of complex, sensitive, or routine correspondence
  • Serves as a liaison between executives, managers, and visitors
  • Maintains inventory levels of office supplies and initiates purchase orders
  • Maintains effective and accurate filing systems
  • Provides administrative support related to the operational functions of the department
  • Support leadership team through coordinating divisional/departmental meetings and events

Requirements:
